As a thank you to our valued members, MA&Y are promoting a special offer to celebrate Valentines Day on 14th Feb. The offer is not just open for a partner, but also extends out to family members, relatives, friends, work colleagues, school friend, buddy etc. Each MA&Y member will receive one voucher to share with their chosen person and they will be entitled to participate in any of our activities for FREE for one week. The voucher is open throughout February and expires at the end of March, so there is plenty of time to find a good week to use it.

All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
