Daniel is the author of The Truth of Yoga, a comprehensive guide to the discipline's history, texts, philosophy and practices. He has been studying yoga in various forms since he first encountered it in India in the 1990s.
As a practitioner, he's always asked questions – partly inspired by his previous career as a foreign correspondent. This curiosity eventually led him to SOAS, University of London, where he earned an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation. He now teaches courses at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, on yoga teacher trainings and online.
All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
Thank you, I will definitely come back.
