With a particular interest in exercise for the older individual, Diana's classes are dedicated to the health and enjoyment of everyone in the room. She holds qualifications in Pilates, specialising in teaching Pilates for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis; low back pain and other skeletal and mobility conditions. With a background in Contemporary Dance, she also holds a bachelor's degree in Performance Dance and has completed the Yoga Alliance Professionals 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
