Regina Ulloa brings more than 30 years teaching experience to the MA&Y team, with a distinctive style of teaching designed to unite movement and wellness, giving mind, body and soul the tools to discover their own language.
With teaching qualifications in dance, Yoga (500hr), Mat Pilates and Personal Training, Regina’s classes encourage the practitioner to truly understand their full capabilities, becoming in tune with the self, developing strength, flexbility, mobility and learning to listen to our bodies.
All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
