Anatomy and Physiology
Chris graduated as a prize-winning osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy in 2000 having completed a 4-year degree there. Part of his training involved studies with prepared dissections at Guy’s hospital and latterly at Sussex University. He has taught and practiced yoga for over 35 years.
Since starting to teach anatomy and physiology on yoga teacher training courses 20 years ago Chris is keen to bring the topic to life using 3-D models, visual images, anecdotes, and practical work making it accessible, interesting and relevant to the practice of yoga. He is a founding member of the teacher training faculty at Triyoga, where he continues to teach anatomy & physiology to the teacher trainees. He further teaches on 6 other yoga teacher training programmes both in the UK and abroad.
All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
Thank you, I will definitely come back.
