On October 13th, MA&Y gave a 45 minute presentation to judges from the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce. The award ceremony is on December 8th when the results are revealed at a Gala event! Fingers crossed!

All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
