Chris graduated as a prize-winning osteopath from the British School of Osteopathy in 2000 having completed a 4-year degree there.  Part of his training involved studies with prepared dissections at Guy’s hospital and latterly at Sussex University. He has taught and practiced yoga for over 35 years.

Since starting to teach anatomy and physiology on yoga teacher training courses 20 years ago Chris is keen to bring the topic to life using 3 D models, visual images, anecdotes and practical work making it accessible, interesting and relevant to the practice of yoga. He is a founding member of the teacher training faculty at Triyoga, where he continues to teach anatomy & physiology to the teacher trainees. He further teaches on 6 other yoga teacher training programmes both in the UK and abroad.
