Pete became an ardent yogi after being recommended to try yoga to rehabilitate a back injury. Beginning with hot and dynamic forms of yoga, he broadened his experience enthusiastically across the spectrum of yoga styles that are on offer. Finding something in all of these
flavours to bring to his teaching, Pete's classes combine an intelligently-aligned posture practice, with plenty for beginners and more experienced yogis alike, both dynamic and static sequences, and mindful relaxation.
Pete trained as a yoga teacher on the 2-year Triyoga Diploma - a course which offered a very deep exploration into the anatomical and philosophical aspects of yoga practice. Pete's teachers - Catherine Annis and Kate Ellis - have instructed a safe and mindful approach to hatha yoga, with further inspiration from training and workshops with luminaries such as Richard Rosen, Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Kathryn Budig and Kate Walker.
