Rakhee's classes combine her love of dynamic, breath-led yoga with restorative calm in creative sequences that are both grounding and fun, clear and thoughtful. She combines vinyasa and restorative yoga, qigong and meditation practices and draws inspiration from nature, culture, philosophy, myth and the world around us. Rakhee believes that yoga is for everybody and is committed to teaching teenagers experiencing the stresses of 21st century life and navigating the challenges and joys of growing up into fully rounded adults. Rakhee has worked with young people for over 25 years through the arts, culture, education and yoga.
All yoga instructors are top professionals, kind and attentive for everyone participating in their classes, they make all aspects of yoga enjoyable and welcoming, starting from relaxing music in a room, taking us for a journey of opening our hearts, stretching, breathing, finishing for relaxation. Classes are challenging but with different options to suit different people.
