Teen yoga classes at MA&Y starting September 2019 with Rakhee Jasani

Fantastic News! Teen yoga classes will be starting this September with Rakhee Jasani.
Rakhee's classes will focus on feel good yoga, supporting participants to discover how simple movements paired with breathing enhances a positive mood. Fun sequences will develop strength, flexibility and stamina in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
